A Memorandum of Understanding signed between Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department and Family Educational Services Foundation. Secretary SW&BM Punjab, Javed Akhtar Mehmood and Director Operations FESF, Daniel Marc Lanthier signed the MoU to establish a facility at building of "Gehwara" situated at Social Welfare Complex, Township, Lahore to provide skills and academic training to less privileged and disadvantaged group of society with particular focus on deaf children upto eighteen years in order to achieve organizational goals in empowering deaf children and young adults (male and female) to become knowledgeable self-sufficient and respectable members of the society
