For the Christian community, Director General of Social Welfare Mr. Muddasir Riaz Malik hosted a dinner at Old Age Home Youhanabad. Christian men and women attending the Easter celebrations performed special Easter prayers. The community prayed for peace, tranquility and prosperity on Easter. At Old Age Home, Director General Social Welfare Mr. Muddassir Riaz Malik cut an Easter cake. He mentioned that Christians are equal partners in the happiness of the community. Minorities enjoy complete religious freedom in Pakistan. He also distributed sweets to old age home residents. The residents were delighted with the gathering.
