Social Welfare Department Celebrated international day of Persons with disabilities at Nasheman Lahore. Special Persons, Students of Nasheman and Representatives from different walks of life participated in the event. Secretary SW&BM Mehr Muhammad Hayat Lak was the Chief Guest of the event, the Secretary SW&BM inaugurated the newly renovated building of Hostel and visited the stalls as.
