Under the chairmanship of DG Social Welfare Muddassir Riaz Malik, a meeting was held regarding the provision of medical facilities for transgender community. Participants from NGOs/CSOa, Social activists and representatives of transgender community attended the meeting. the DG Social Welfare Muddassir Riaz Malik told that medical camps will be set up for the transgender community with the support of Social Welfare Department, Health Department and NGOs. These camps will provide complete medical screening, medical facilities, free tests and medicines to transgenders.
