On the directions of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Provincial Minister for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Sohail Shaukat Butt visited flood relief camps in Bhawana (Chiniot) and Jhang, where ration bags were distributed among thousands of affected families. During his speech, the Provincial Minister emphasized that the Government of Punjab will stand by the victims until their complete rehabilitation and ensure that all support reaches them transparently at their doorstep. He further stated that, with the cooperation of NGOs and philanthropists, additional families are also being provided with food assistance. He added that Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif is personally visiting the affected areas and standing firmly with the people in this difficult time.
