Khawaja Muhammad Sikandar Zishan a Grade 19 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, has assumed the charge of Director General, Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Punjab. Upon his arrival at the directorate, he was welcomed by senior officers of the department. Earlier he served as Additional Secretary in the Chief Minister's Office, Punjab.
