Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif inaugurated the province’s largest assistive devices distribution program for persons with disabilities at Royal Palm, Lahore. Over 300 special persons from across Punjab attended the event, where CM Punjab personally distributed advanced devices including electric and pediatric wheelchairs, tri-wheel scooters, and robotic prosthetics. The Rs. 1 billion initiative, launched aims to empower individuals with mobility and hearing impairments by providing assistive devices free of cost. The ceremony featured emotional moments and inclusive performances, while Provincial Minister Sohail Shaukat Butt highlighted the project's impact. This effort, alongside the Himmat Card and other government initiatives, reflects the Punjab government's strong commitment to an inclusive and accessible society.
