A Letter of Engagement is made between Social Welfare & Balt-ul-Maal Department, Punjab and Circle Women Organization regarding mutual collaboration for the purpose of improving women entrepreneurship through Digital Literacy, and improving the working of Sanatzars. The Program focuses on building digital skills, financial literacy and entrepreneurship through Person-Online mentoring and Networking.
