Meeting of the special committee of CRPD on "Accessibility and Mobility" held at the office of Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Punjab chaired by Ms. Sana Khurshid. DG SW & BM, representatives of Lahore Parking Company, Chief Architect Punjab, PSPA, CTPL and officers of SWD participated in the meeting. The committee deliberated upon the accessibility status of government buildings across Punjab & the plight of PWDs due to their inability to access those offices. It was deci0ded that a complete accessibility audit should be conducted to ensure that all Public Buildings are accessible for PWDs & inclusion is ensured in letter & spirit.
