On the special instructions of Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal department Punjab has started the province-wide registration of persons with disabilities from November 1, 2024. DG Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Punjab, Khawaja Muhammad Sikandar Zishan, visited a registration camp set up in the Bhasin area, accompanied by the Divisional Director and Deputy Director Lahore.
