Provincial Minister for Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Punjab, Sohail Shaukat Butt, chaired the 8th meeting of the Provincial Steering Committee of the “Dhee Rani Program” via video link. The meeting was attended by the Secretary Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Secretary Women Development, officers from relevant departments, and all Commissioners from across Punjab through video conferencing. During the meeting, a total of 5,633 marriage cases were approved under the Dhee Rani Program. The committee also endorsed the schedule for the upcoming events, which will be held from October 15 to November 15, 2025.
