The second phase of the CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif Dhee Rani Program started from Rajanpur, where 75 weddings were held. On the same day, 57 weddings took place in Rahim Yar Khan. Marriages under the program, aims to support low-income families by helping them celebrate weddings with dignity. Provincial Minister for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Sohail Shaukat Butt was the chief guest of the events. Director General SW & BM Muhammad Tariq Qureshi, district administration, local politicians and officers of the department also present. Each couple received a gift package that included a bed, mattress, fan, dinner set, cooking items, and other home essentials. In addition, every couple was given a Dhee Rani Salami Card to help start their new life.
