"Dhee Rani Program Phase II" Collective Marriages at Gujranwala

Under the Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s “Punjab Dhee Rani Program,” a collective wedding ceremony was organized in Gujranwala Division, celebrating the union of 54 couples from the districts of Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Narowal, Sialkot, and Mandi Bahauddin. Each couple was presented with a gift package consisting of essential household items and a salami of PKR 100,000, provided via ATM card. The Provincial Minister for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department graced the event as the chief guest, alongside local parliamentarians, members of the district administration, and departmental officers. The ceremony included traditional music and a celebratory meal for the newlyweds and their families. This initiative is part of a larger commitment to support underprivileged families by enabling dignified and joyful marriages across Punjab.
