Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department Punjab is collaborating with State Bank of Pakistan to initiate "Loan Scheme" to help Persons with Special Needs for their business purposes. The inaugural ceremony held at Skill Development Center for PWDs, Lahore while DG Social Welfare Sikandar Zishan and Senior Deputy Chief Manager State Bank of Pakistan, Sarfraz Ahmed Nadeem graced the ceremony with their presence.
