Under the special directives of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, large-scale relief operations are underway for flood-affected families. Provincial Minister for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Punjab, Sohail Shaukat Butt, along with Secretary Social Welfare Javed Akhtar Mahmood, visited relief camps in Multan and Muzaffargarh to review ongoing activities and distribute essential items among the affected families. In Multan, they inspected the Qasim Bela and Langrial flood relief camps, while in Muzaffargarh they visited the camp established at Government Comprehensive High School, where ration and other necessities were distributed to the flood victims.
