Letter of Engagement (LoE) is made between Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Punjab and She Means Work (Learning based Strategies Pvt Ltd) to provide social protection and institutional care services to the marginalized segments of society including orphans, destitute women & children, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and under privileged. The department aims to create an equitable social protection system through coordination, partnerships and organizational capacity building programs for empowerment and inclusion of the most vulnerable.
