Under the CM Punjab Dhee Rani Program, collective marriages were held in Hafizabad

Under the Chief Minister Punjab’s Dhee Rani Program, a dignified mass wedding ceremony for deserving girls was organized in Hafizabad by the Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department Punjab. A total of 96 couples were married on this occasion, including 70 couples from Hafizabad and 26 from Mandi Bahauddin. On behalf of the Chief Minister Punjab, ATM cards worth Rs. 200,000 were provided to each couple. Provincial Minister for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Punjab, Sohail Shaukat Butt, attended the ceremony as the Chief Guest. The event was also attended by MNA Saira Afzal Tarar, MPA & Parliamentary Secretary Mian Shahid Hussain Bhatti, MPA Aun Jahangir Bhatti, Chaudhry Tahir Hussain Tarar, Mian Haider Ali Bhatti, Director General Social Welfare Punjab Tariq Qureshi, Deputy Commissioner Hafizabad Abdul Razzaq, Deputy Director Social Welfare Hafizabad Fayyaz Ahmed, along with other officers, newlywed couples, and their families. Addressing the gathering, the Provincial Minister stated that the Dhee Rani Program is a historic and exemplary welfare initiative, providing dignified support to deserving and middle-income girls across Punjab, without discrimination of religion, caste, or background.
