Provincial Minister Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Punjab, Sohail Shaukat Butt visited Central Jail Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. SSP Prisons Ejaz Asghar gave a detailed briefing to the provincial minister on the facilities provided to the prisoners. Sohail Shaukat Butt made a detailed review of Industrial and Vocational Centre, Abdul Aleem Khan Foundation Hospital, Kitchen for Prisoners and other facilities being provided. He met with female prisoners and assured them of immediate resolution of the issues related to their lawyers. Ration packs were distributed among the female captives and gifts were also distributed among the children along with them. Planted a tree in the garden of jail premises and prayed for Pakistan. On this occasion, Divisional Director and Deputy Director Lahore were also present with him.
