Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif launched the "Himmat Card" programme for assistance of persons with disabilities in Punjab. As a chief guest of the ceremony she introduced the initiative aimed at providing financial support and essential services to PWDs who are unable to work. This program is designed to ensure the social independence and economic self-sufficiency of persons with disabilities across the province.
