In collaboration with the Forman Christian College University, an awareness seminar under the ambit of ‘Save A life Campaign’, was held on the 4th of August, 2022, at Forman Christian College University, Lahore, to celebrate the 75th independence day of Pakistan. It was attended by academia, officers of the department, students and civil society representatives. Mr. Yawar Abbas Bukhari, former minister for social welfare, Mr. Faiz Naeem Warraich, Director General Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department, Dr. Saeed Shafqat, Director Center for Public Policy & Governance, Dr. Huma Aslam, Consultant Psychiatrist Jinnah Hospital Lahore, Mr. Safdar Abbas, Deputy Director NGOs Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Punjab, addressed the students and explained the need of a renewed resolve against drugs and to raise awareness on the use of illicit drug use through the newly developed Save A Life Web portal. #SaveALife #SayNoToDrugs #PledgeToProsper #RaiseAwareness #PlayYourPart
