Provincial Minister for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Punjab, Sohail Shaukat Butt, chaired an important review meeting to assess the progress of CM initiatives. The meeting was attended by DG Social Welfare Tariq Qureshi and all Directors of the Directorate. The Minister directed that the target of providing 100,000 Himmat Cards to Persons with Disabilities must be achieved by December 10, while the distribution of 17,000 assistive devices should be ensured by December 15. He further instructed district officers to maintain daily progress and made it clear that no negligence in welfare projects will be tolerated.
