Under the welfare vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, a grand collective marriages ceremony of the Punjab Dhee Rani Program was held in District Kasur. Provincial Minister for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Sohail Shaukat Butt, and Provincial Minister for Education, Rana Sikandar Hayat, attended the event as chief guests. A total of 96 couples were married, including 85 Muslim and 11 Christian couples from District Kasur. On behalf of the Chief Minister of Punjab, salami cards worth Rs. 200,000 were distributed to each newlywed couple. Members of the Provincial and National Assemblies, district administration, and officers of the Social Welfare Department were also present.
