An Awareness Session on the elimination of Violence Against Women & Girls was arranged at Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law, LUMS. Director General Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Punjab Muddassir Riaz Malik, Prof Uzair Kayani, HOD SAHSOL, Ammara Athar, CTO Lahore, academicians, stakeholders and a large number of university students attended the event. The participants discussed the Social Protection support to Victims of Gender-based Violence and role of government departments and law enforcement agencies.
