Provincial Minister Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Punjab, Sohail Shaukat Butt met with Ms. Clara Strandhoj, Head of the British High Commission Lahore along with the representatives of FCDO, UNFPA, UNICEF at Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Office. The Provincial Minister chaired the meeting of all stakeholders while Secretary Social Welfare Iqbal Hussain and Director General Social Welfare Amina Munir were present there. The purpose of the meeting was to facilitate the deprived sections of the society with the cooperation of the British High Commission and other stakeholders. In the meeting, Secretary Social Welfare Iqbal Hussain gave an orientation on possible coordination & cooperation with partner INGOs in various social welfare projects.
