Secretary Social Welfare visited various Institutions

Secretary of Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal, Punjab, Iqbal Hussain, paid a preliminary visit to several social welfare institutions in Lahore. During his visit, he assessed the services offered at Kashana (a facility for impoverished and destitute girls), Chaman (an institution for mentally challenged children), Nesheman (a skill training center for persons with disabilities), and Deaf Reach school. Secretary Iqbal Hussain emphasized the provision of top-notch facilities encompassing education, healthcare, nutrition, and security for the residents of these institutions. Additionally, he underscored the importance of addressing the psychological and emotional well-being of the girls residing in Kashana. During his visit to Chaman, Secretary Hussain spent time with the mentally challenged children, he also evaluated the various skill development programs and courses offered at Nasheman.
