Secretary Social Welfare Mehr Muhammad Hayat Lak held meeting with IG Prisoners Malik Mubashir Ahmad Khan in his office .He discussed the Rehabilitation/treatment mechanism for Drug addicts released from jails through Social Welfare Department.
