A signing ceremony was held between the Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for the upcoming project, "Promoting Protection, Rehabilitation, and Economic Empowerment of Gender-Based Violence Survivors." The ceremony took place in the office of the Secretary of the Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Department. The project document was signed by Ms. Komahashi Rie, leading the JICA mission team, and Mr. Iqbal Hussain, Secretary of SW&BM. The event was also attended by the Director General Amina Munir, Additional Secretary, Deputy Secretary (Technical), and Director (P&E) of SW&BM. During the ceremony, the Secretary SW&BMÂ appreciated JICA's cooperation with Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department and pledged full support for the implementation of the project over the next four years.
