An event was held to celebrate International Women's Day organized by the Civil Society. The event was organized in Al-Hamra under the theme of Democracy and Empowered Women where the topic of discussion was sensitization of women rights. Minister Social Welfare Syed Yawar Abbas Bukhari, Secretary Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Ms. Sumaira Samad and Director General Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Mr. Muddassir Riaz Malik attended the function.
