On the directions of Chief Minister Punjab, M. Haroon Rafique, Secretary, Government of the Punjab, Social Welfare & Biat-ul-Maal Department visited four sites in Lahore on 08-04-2016. At first he visited Government Mian Munshi Hospital Lahore. He directed Administration of said hospital to make special arrangements for cleanliness, remain vigilant about dengue issue, and install security cameras at entrance and at the boundary wall of the hospital. Furthermore, they were directed to observe the SOPs issued by the Home Department for security purpose. After that he visited Government College for Women, Bund Raod and Government Junior Model Girls Middle School, Ibrahim Road with a special focus of SOPs issued by Home Department for the security of educational institutions. Then the Secretary visited Dar-ul-Aman (DUA). The repair and maintenance of DUA was in progress. The Superintendent DUA was directed to improve cleanliness situation and make better arrangements at the entrance of DUA. She was also directed to get completed the repair and maintenance process at earliest.
